A slightly lighter turnout didn't stop those in attendance from getting a good table at their favorite restaurant nor from enjoying live music by 2 acts, Radio Flyer and Bill Colletti/Sharon Ebere.  Near each of the bands there was a consistent crowd of dancers and a festive mood marked the street generally.  Off season can be a great time to visit downtown as there's enough ambiance to go around without the overly hectic feel of prime season.
